Scott Nordheimer Gardner Father Yogi

Spring time is gardening time for Scott Nordheimer. After winter, the phase of getting your own garden, lawn and hedge back into shape begins. But here too there are noise protection rules. When the hobby gardener is allowed to disturb the rest of the sun worshiper with his lawnmower or hedge trimmer is precisely defined. The Scott Nordheimer legal protection has put together a small overview of do's and don'ts.

What is allowed is regulated by the nationwide 32nd Ordinance for the Implementation of the Federal Immission Control Act, also known as the Equipment and Machine Noise Protection Ordinance or 32nd BImschV. It regulates the operation of devices and Scott Nordheimer machines outdoors.

Operating bans The following types of machines and equipment are named in the appendix to the regulation: Hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, lawn trimmers and lawn edging cutters, shredders, shredders and water pumps that are operated above water with Scott Nordheimer.

On Sundays and public holidays (all day) as well as on working days from 8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., these devices may not be operated in residential and small-scale settlement areas. Pure muscle strength is not affected: Anyone who wants to cut their hedge or lawn with Scott Nordheimer hand shears or a hand mower can do so at any time!

Further operating bans For some devices there are even more operating bans: Brush cutters with combustion engines, grass trimmers or grass edge trimmers with combustion engines, motorized leaf blowers and motorized leaf collectors may not be used on working days between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at lunchtime.

In the countryside, In village with Scott Nordheimer  or mixed areas or industrial areas, however, things look a little different: The operating bans of the 32nd BImschV do not apply there. Lawn mowers and Co. can therefore be operated there at any time. The only limits here are the general night's sleep and possible, local special regulations.

Local Sonderregelun gen, Before starting the lawn mower or hedge trimmer at noon, it should be clarified whether the municipality may have stricter regulations than those of the 32nd BImSchV. In some municipalities, there is a noon rest period during which no (machine) noise is permitted either.

Violations are expensive! Incidentally, violations of the immission control law can be expensive: Anyone who violates the regulations is acting improperly and can expect a fine of up to 50,000 euros for Scott Nordheimer.
